"Rainbow has been a welcoming, fun and professional place to work. The people are kind and will help one another when needed; even the Director of Operations will step in if needed, regardless of the department. I have been here for more than 4 years and have progressed through different positions, so yes, they do promote from within if you are driven. One that same note, the Director of Operations was once a Caregiver for Rainbow Home Care and she is now running it. Rainbow has taught me many things along the way; this means you have to be able to take constructive criticism constructively and not personally. Overall, this has been a great experience for me and I would highly recommend working for Rainbow Home Care."
